I saw 28 weeks later almost 7 years ago and its not a movie im
interested in rewatching just to amply defend my vague memory of it
being a somewhat flawed film, you dont need to defend 28 weeks later im
perfectly fine with agreeing it was an above average movie. TWD has many
flaws, the only reason our thoughts in this section werent harmonious
was because you held several other zombie themed works to be vastly
superior to the walking dead, against mine and i believe a few others'
opinions.

Previously on the Walking Dead, As Rick deals with old wounds,
members of the prison have to come to terms with their new environment
and ask themselves if survival alone is enough.
I also dont agree with your list of the biggest issues of the movie.
Heres one fairly salient problem i have. At the end of season 2 it is
discovered by Rick / Shane that the entire group already has the virus.
Now At the time it was a bit of a leap given they'd only seen one kid
die from a snapped neck and come back a zombie, but it's since proved
accurate.
How then is a zombie bite, no matter how minimal, a guaranteed death
sentence? The general thought in zombie films is that the bite transfers
the virus which kills you in a matter of hours / minutes / seconds
depending on the particular lore and then animates your lifeless corpse.
If you already have the virus shouldn't the bite be no big deal? If
you've survived contracting said virus then the zombie would have to
kill you to turn you, would it not? I'm not saying they couldn't explain
away this problem but as of yet they havent.
As for your list, it appears one has to be "dead" to turn. Rick never
died thus hes not a zombie. We saw plenty of people with the virus from
the filler episodes before the break be just as close if not closer to
death, for example glenn was basically on manual life support for a
while there.
Im not sure exactly what moment you mean the Governor should have
killed michonne first, do you mean with hershel? If so thats not a plot
hole. Hershel had been with the group longer, had more emotional tract
with Rick and the group, and was also a feeble elderly man as apposed to
a fit skilled combatant like michonne.

Which point do you think the Governor should have overcome Rick?
Ultimately its redundant because you cant slaughter every protagonist
you have and continue the show, but again Im not sure why you think the
Governor should have overcome Rick. When he has the tank on the mid
season finale hes got a bunch of civillians that are completely
untrained and most of whom dont want to be there at all. I wrote about
this on that particular episode but its more of a plot hole that a bunch
of nice moral civillians would attack a fortified position with
military weapons purely on the say so of a 1 eyed man who just
slaughtered an elderly man in cold blood, completely against his plan
beforehand which was that no harm would come to anyone.

As for moving around its atleast somewhat logical. They survive of
scavenged food and supplies, if they arent nomadic then their resources
would quickly dwindle. It's also been shown that zombies like to travel
in herds and usually every time they've moved on from a decent
established area its because their activities have alerted said horde to
their position.
Speaking of hordes, im not sure why some zombies go completely
motionless and dormant (like the ones on the minimart roof, or any
number of zombies in buildings) whilst other zombies, like those in a
horde, are seen to be constantly roaming around in a band.
